Our relaxation room offers residents, staff, and family a chance to rejuvenate. The room is quiet and dim. You can sit back in a comfy recliner and place the comforting spray of color changing lights around your neck. You may also control the bubble tube, watching the colors change and the bubbles speed up.
Enjoy soft music, smell the great aromas, and watch the stars and nature scenes. Relax and feed your senses. We are pleased to be the first nursing home in Maine to offer this great room introduced in Europe as Snoezelen.
A lot of people laugh at the idea. Open your mind and come check it out, even if you only come away with a few new jokes about it.
