Take I-95 to Exit 157 Newport, Skowhegan. Turn (left from north or right from south) onto route 100 and follow for 5.5 miles. When you see Sebasticook Community Home on your right, take the next left onto Leighton Street. After passing the sign for the Rehabilitiation Center, turn right at the sign for Sebasticook Valley Health Care Facility.
